After completing the first phase of this project, the need for trainings in the Tunisian hotel industry was identified. Together with Thomas Cook, COMPASS is currently working on a corresponding training concept considering the results from the previous workshops.
The workshop results show that there are gaps in education on topics as sustainability, service quality and staff motivation. The overall aim of this project is to address and improve these issues.
The training concept will be implemented as of April. Since service quality and sustainability are holistic tasks, the hotel staff as well as their managers will be trained in order to raise awareness towards these topics and to elaborate how to implement them in their daily work processes.
